Who I am?

From Design to Product: crafting solutions
that work

After being promoted to a managerial role, I pursued an MBA in 2018 to further my career as a Product Manager, where I excelled in solving problems and bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams.

I obtained my PMP certification in 2025, demonstrating my ability to manage projects across industries using a range of methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and to drive successful outcomes through structured, goal-oriented approaches.

My background in graphic design enables me to create user-friendly and visually appealing products. With patience and a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders, I ensure successful collaboration.

I am also passionate about researching and learning new tools to overcome challenges. These skills have shaped my work across various industries, primarily in eLearning and fintech, driving impactful, user-centric innovations that solve real-world problems in tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.

My inspirations and interests

During my MBA studies, I explored several behavioral theories, particularly focusing on human behavior and consumer behavior. This academic journey deepened my interest in understanding the underlying motivations that drive decisions and actions. Motivational theories, such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, and Deci and Ryan's Self-Determination Theory, further sparked my passion for this field. Documentaries like The Push, The Social Dilemma, "(Dis)Honesty: The Truth About Lies", and "What Makes Us Feel Good About Our Work?" by Dan Ariely have allowed me to see real-world applications of these theories. These insights fuel my work and inspire me to design solutions that consider human psychology and behavior to create more meaningful, impactful products.
